TMS Prepaid mode in EasyRenz allows tenants to easily manage their electricity usage by reloading credit into their smart meters. Here's how it works and the benefits it offers:

TMS Prepaid Mode

  1. Prepaid mode allows tenants to reload meter credit in advance. When the meter balance reaches 0, the smart meter will cut off power. There are two ways to top up the balance.

a) Tenant pays the operator/landlord directly and operator will update the balance manually.

b) Operator enable payment gateway, tenant can top-up directly through EasyRenz App. Transaction fee applies based on the selected payment method.

  1. What is Prepaid Balance Refund Bill?

The bill is automatically generated by the system to notify the user of the remaining balance. This amount will appear as a credit under the tenant's account, which can be used for bill payment or refunded.

a) Operator checking out the tenant.

b) Meter mode change from prepaid to postpaid in the middle of rental period.

c) Unlink meter from unit in the middle of rental period.
