EasyRenz Available Payment Methods For Tenant:

  • FPX Online Banking (Local Banks)

  • Debit / Credit Card (Local & Foreign Banks)

  • Local E-Wallet (GrabPay, ShopeePay, Touch n Go eWallet)

  • Foreign E-Wallet - (Alipay, WeChat Pay) (Mainland China User Only)

Important:

Please be reminded that the management determines which payment methods are available to tenants. If you have any further inquiries about the payment methods offered by your management or landlord, please contact your property management or landlord.

View payment charges for payment methods

Go to Profile > Click on Account Settings > Click on See Accepted Payment Methods & Charges.

Now, you can view the payment charges associated with each payment method and easily enable or disable any payment method based on your preference.

Important:

After changing the accepted payment methods, the updates will only apply to new payment links generated after the changes.

Tenants will still be able to use the previously configured payment methods for any links that were generated before the change.
