Tenant may use accepted eWallet to pay their outstanding bills or top up prepaid meter.
To make a payment via eWallet on Payex, follow these steps:
Open EasyRenz App:
To pay for outstanding bills, navigate to Transactions > Payment tab > select a room > Make Payment
To top up Prepaid mode meter, navigate to Utilities > select a meter > Topup button > Select topup amount > Topup
Select eWallet as Payment Method:
At the payment page, look for the list of available payment methods.
Choose eWallet as your preferred payment option.
Choose Your eWallet:
A list of participating eWallet will be displayed, select your preferred eWallet from the list.
Login to Your eWallet account:
You will be redirected to your eWallet login page or eWallet app.
(Optional) Enter your eWallet account credentials to log in to your account.
Review Payment Details:
After logging in, review the payment details.
Confirm that everything is correct and proceed with the payment.
Authenticate Payment:
Depending on your bank’s process, you may need to enter an additional security code OTP or Approve the transaction from your eWallet app.
Authenticate the payment through your eWallet's security method.
Confirmation (Back to payment page):
Once the payment is authenticated from previous step, return to your payment page on browser (not EasyRenz App), and complete any further steps such as "Next / Approve" depending on your eWallet.
After you perform "Next / Approve" on the payment page, kindly allow the page to redirects and you should be redirected to a payment confirmation page.
Transaction will fail if the payment process is not completed as outlined in Step 7. Please ensure you follow all steps until redirected to the EasyRenz payment confirmation page.
