In the event of a failed auto-debit for a subscription, the primary account holder will receive both a push notification and an email regarding the failed charge attempt.

Extend Existing Subscription
Step 1 : Profile > Subscriptions
Step 2 : Click on Extend Subscription at the bottom page > Select Payment Method
If your card payment fails, you can top up Renz Credit to your EasyRenz account and use it to extend your subscription if needed.
