Step to top up Renz Credit

Step 1: Got to Profile

Step 2: Go to Renz Credit

Step 3: Select top up amount > Next

Step 4: Review your purchase > Proceed Payment button

Once the payment is completed, your Renz Credit will be successfully topped up.

Important:

Renz Credit balance usually updates immediately after payment.

However, in the event of payment processor delays, it may take up to 30 minutes for your Renz Credit to update.

If your Renz Credit hasn't been updated after 30 minutes, please contact customer support for assistance.
