Push notifications will be triggered under the following conditions:
When the prepaid meter balance is RM10.00 or less
When the prepaid meter balance is RM5.00 or less
When the prepaid meter balance is below RM0.00 (Electricity supply will be disconnected)
To prevent any interruption to your electricity supply, we kindly advise tenants to regularly monitor their meter balance and perform timely top-ups to ensure sufficient credit is maintained at all times.
