Overdue Bills

  • Open EasyRenz app and check if you've any overdue bills.

  • If you've overdue bills, kindly clear the overdue bills and your electricity will be restore after a short time.

Important:

Payments are usually immediate but may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in the system due to potential delays with the payment processor.

Electricity Tripped

  • If you recently turned on an electric applicant / device. It may be the device causing short circuit to break and the electricity tripped.

  • You should contact your management / landlord to restore the electricity.

Management / Landlord Power Off

  • Management / Landlord can power off electric supply from their account. You may need to check with your management / landlord.
