Understanding the status indicators of your EasyRenz Smart Meter helps you monitor and troubleshoot your property's electrical usage effectively. Here’s a breakdown of the different indicators:

Smart Meter Status

  1. Greyed - Meter Is Offline. (Status Unknown)

  2. Power On - Meter is Online.

  3. Off - System Powered Off

    Important:

    The following scenario will trigger system automation if enabled:
    1. Tenant has insufficient smart meter prepaid balance.
    2. Tenant has outstanding bill.

    For second scenario of "Tenant has outstanding bill", the system will follow management account's "Bill Overdue Action" setting.
