Your Renz Credit will be locked after five incorrect PIN attempts. For security reasons, our system automatically locks the Renz Credit to prevent unauthorized access after multiple failed attempts.
What to do if Renz Credit has been locked ?
Step 1: Go to Renz Credit Page > Check the check box > Click on Send Reset PIN Email.

Step 2: You will receive an email at your registered email address > Click on Reset Renz Credit PIN.
Only the principle account (management's account) will receive the PIN reset email, even if the PIN reset is initiated by a sub account.
Step 3: Fill in required fields > Click on Reset PIN button.
You have successfully reset / change Renz Credit PIN. Now you are able to proceed with Renz Credit Payment.
