🆓 Free Balance Credit Mode

Free Balance Credit Mode is a feature that allows property operators to provide tenants with a fixed amount of free credits every month.

You can choose whether to enable this feature and decide how the credit should be applied. There are two options available:

  • Credit Only

  • Reset & Credit

💰Credit Only

If you choose Credit Only, the system will automatically add the specified free credit amount to the meter every month, regardless of whether there is any remaining free credit balance.

For example:
If your monthly free credit is RM20, and there’s still RM10 free credit left from the previous month, the system will still add another RM20.

👉 The total balance will then be RM30.

🔄Reset and Credit

If you choose Reset & Credit, the system will first clear any remaining free credit balance from the previous month before adding the new monthly free credit.

For example:
If your monthly free credit is RM20, and there’s still RM10 free credit left, the system will remove the RM10 and then credit RM20 into the meter.

👉 The total balance will then remain RM20.
