Some features require internet access and need a Bluetooth gateway paired with the smart door lock to function properly.
These features include:
1. EKEYS 🔑
A smart door lock eKey is a digital key stored on a smartphone or app, allowing remote access to a smart lock via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, replacing traditional physical keys.
You will need an eKey for the smart door lock before you can create passcodes, fingerprints, or access cards for door access.
To unlock smart door lock via Wi-Fi, the smart door lock must first pair with a Bluetooth gateway to enable wireless network access.
2. PASSCODE 0️⃣1️⃣2️⃣
A passcode is a numeric combination used to unlock your smart door lock. It is typically used for one-time access or as a backup method when eKeys are unavailable.
3. FINGERPRINT 👆
Fingerprint access is a unique and secure way to unlock your smart door lock. It can only be set up through the EasyRenz App.
4. ACCESS CARD 💳
Access card provides card holder quick and easy access to smart door lock. You can only pair a new access card via EasyRenz App.
