What you need to sign in

The app uses the same account as the EasyRenz web platform. If you already manage properties on EasyRenz, sign in with your existing email and password and everything is already there — no separate mobile account to create and nothing to set up again. Tenants sign in with the account created for them when their tenancy was set up.

What you can do from your iPhone

Property managers and owners get the dashboard, property overview and rental collection screens, so you can track payments, check occupancy, handle maintenance requests and view reports while you are out of the office. Tenants get payments, maintenance requests and notifications.

The app is free to download on every plan, including the free Starter plan. It is not a separate purchase or an add-on — your plan covers web and mobile together.
