Signing in

Use your existing EasyRenz account — the same email and password you use on the web platform. Your properties, tenants, billing and maintenance records are already synced; there is nothing to import or re-enter. Tenants use the account set up for them at the start of their tenancy.

What the Android app does

Property managers and owners can track rental collection, manage tenants, receive and assign maintenance requests, monitor property performance, control connected smart meters and digital locks, and read reports. Tenants can pay rent, view payment history, submit and track maintenance requests, and receive announcements.

The app is included on every plan at no extra cost, including the free Starter plan.
