Important:

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in, make payments, top up your meter, access the door lock, or use other services.

Steps to delete tenant account

Step 1: Go to Profile > Click on Profile

Step 2: Select Close Account > Check & pay all outstanding bills before deleting the account > Delete Account

You have successfully deleted your tenant account.
