If you encounter an issue that requires maintenance in your rental unit, you can submit a maintenance request through the EasyRenz app. Please note that the ability to submit maintenance requests depends on your operator's settings. Follow these steps:

Step 1 : Press Maintenance > Plus Icon

Step 2 : Fill in the maintenance details > Next

Step 3 : Click on Plus Icon or Add / Upload to attached document or files that related to the maintenance> Submit
