Your monthly subscription is the sum of three things: your active tenants, your cloud storage, and your sub accounts. Each is priced separately, then added together.
Tenant rates (per active tenant, per month)
10 to 249 active tenants — RM4.00 each
250 to 499 active tenants — RM3.00 each
500 active tenants and above — RM2.50 each
Cloud storage rates (per GB, per month)
1 to 9 GB — RM3.50 per GB
10 to 19 GB — RM3.40 per GB
20 to 29 GB — RM3.30 per GB
30 to 39 GB — RM3.10 per GB
40 GB and above — RM3.00 per GB
Sub accounts
RM10.00 each per month, flat, at any quantity
The important rule: your rate applies to your whole quantity
Rates are not tiered or marginal. If you select 300 active tenants, all 300 are billed at RM3.00 each — not the first 249 at RM4.00 and the remainder at RM3.00.
A useful side effect of this: crossing into a lower band can make a larger plan cost less. For example, 245 tenants comes to RM980.00 (245 × RM4.00), while 250 tenants comes to RM750.00 (250 × RM3.00). If you are sitting just below a band boundary, it is worth checking the plan builder before you decide.
Worked examples
Example 1 — 10 active tenants, 1GB storage, no sub accounts: RM40.00 for tenants, plus RM3.50 for storage, plus RM0.00 for sub accounts. Total: RM43.50 per month.
Example 2 — 100 active tenants, 5GB storage, 2 sub accounts: RM400.00 for tenants, plus RM17.50 for storage, plus RM20.00 for sub accounts. Total: RM437.50 per month.
Example 3 — 500 active tenants, 20GB storage, 5 sub accounts: RM1,250.00 for tenants, plus RM66.00 for storage, plus RM50.00 for sub accounts. Total: RM1,366.00 per month.
