Yes, on both sides — tenants raise requests in the app and property managers receive, assign and track them in the same app.
For tenants
Tenants submit a maintenance request directly from their phone the moment they notice an issue, rather than calling or messaging you. Once it is submitted they can track its status and see progress updates without having to chase you for an answer.
For property managers and owners
You receive maintenance requests as they come in, assign them to the right person, and monitor them through to completion. Everything stays attached to the property and tenancy it belongs to, so there is a record of what was reported, when, and how it was resolved.
Everyone stays updated automatically
Maintenance updates are pushed through the app as the request progresses, alongside payment notifications, property announcements, operational alerts, and lease and occupancy notifications. Property managers, owners, tenants and maintenance teams stay connected without a group chat to manage.
Plan availability
Maintenance ticket submission and maintenance management are features of the paid Pro and Max plans. They are not included on the free Starter plan.
