How it works for tenants

Rental bills are generated automatically and appear in the tenant's app. They pay through the built-in payment gateway, and the payment is recorded immediately. Tenants can review their full payment history and transaction records at any point, so there is no dispute about what was paid and when.

Automated reminders go out on their own as a due date approaches, which means you are not the one sending them.

What you see as a property manager

Payments appear in your rental collection dashboard as they arrive. You can see collection status, outstanding balances and overdue accounts across your portfolio in real time, on mobile or on the web. Nothing needs to be reconciled by hand or copied into a spreadsheet.
