Yes. You can downgrade your EasyRenz plan anytime by adjusting your subscription package.
Please note that paid subscription fees are non-refundable. If you downgrade during an active subscription period, the unused portion of your current subscription will not be refunded.
If you expect your rental portfolio to change frequently, we recommend subscribing on a monthly basis for greater flexibility. This allows you to adjust your plan more easily as your needs change.
How a downgrade works
Your plan is built from three settings — active tenants, cloud storage and sub accounts — and you can reduce any of them. Edit your plan, set the new figures, and the change applies to your subscription.
When the change takes effect
Because paid fees are non-refundable, a downgrade does not produce a credit or a partial refund for the period you have already paid for. You keep the plan you paid for until that period ends, and the reduced plan applies from your next billing cycle onward.
Why we recommend monthly billing for changing portfolios
Annual billing gives you one month free — you pay for eleven months instead of twelve — and that is a genuine saving if your tenant count is stable. But the saving assumes you will use the plan you committed to for the full year.
If your portfolio moves up and down through the year — seasonal intakes, high turnover, properties being acquired or sold — monthly billing usually works out better in practice. You give up the twelfth-month discount and get the ability to right-size your plan every month in return. For an operator whose active tenant count swings by 20% or more across the year, that flexibility is generally worth more than the discount.
