What counts as an "active tenant"

Billing is based on active tenants, not units or properties. A unit sitting vacant does not count toward your total — you are only measured on tenants currently active in the system.

What happens when you pass 5

Starter stops at 5 active tenants. To manage a 6th, you move to a paid plan. One thing to know upfront: a paid plan starts at a minimum of 10 active tenants and bills that full quantity — the 5 free tenants are not deducted from it. So the first paid step is 10 tenants at RM4.00 each, which is RM40.00 per month, plus whatever storage and sub accounts you select.
