You may click on the button at the Action tab to change the status.

How it affects unit status/billing automation

Under tenant status “Occupied”, system automation will start running such as meter prepaid, postpaid calculation, rental bill generation and e-key will be granted (Only if the lock is linked to unit). Rental bill will be generated as long as you check in the tenant and the rental period is active currently. Once you check out the tenant, you can complete the check out process by processing deposit under “Deposit Refund”.
